About La Fondita
La Fondita is a family operation. Leo runs it alongside his son and daughter, and on a busy Saturday you'll likely be served by one of them.
The food is not adapted or toned down. It's the food they'd cook for their own table — handmade tortillas, meats over charcoal, and weekend pots of menudo and birria that take most of a day to get right.
